Michael Hallas

Michael Hallas is a seasoned professional in the electrical construction field, currently serving as a Senior Preconstruction Manager at Barton Malow since November 2023. With extensive experience at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) since July 1999, Michael has developed a solid foundation in electrical work. Prior to the current role, positions included Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Preconstruction Planning Lead, Preconstruction Planning Specialist, and Foreman at Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. from May 2013 to November 2023. Michael also served as Superintendent at Hanlon Electric Company between September 2005 and May 2013. Academically, Michael holds an Associate of Science in Electrical Construction Technologies from the Community College of Allegheny County and completed the Journeyman Wireman/Teledata Tech program from the IBEW Joint Apprenticeship Program.
