Nerissa E. Morris, MBA, currently serves as the Chief People, Culture + External Relations Officer for Barton Malow Holdings, beginning August 2023. With extensive experience spanning diverse industries, Morris focuses on fostering a vibrant culture that supports team success in project delivery and community service. Previous roles include Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources and Diversity at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from April 2018 to August 2023, and Vice President of Human Resources at the University of Miami from October 2009 to December 2017.
