Prior to this role, Rex was Head of Operations at FEST, focusing on product development and logistics. Previous positions include Program Manager Operations at Otrium, where Rex managed cost-focused projects, and E-Fulfilment Specialist at Rituals, managing global logistics networks. Early career roles included supply planning and logistics at L'Oréal and internship experiences at Euro Pool System and Technische Universiteit Delft. Rex holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the same institution.
