Rex van Damme

Rex van Damme is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at BARTS since January 2025, Rex oversees management functions for a company specializing in high-quality accessories. Prior to this role, Rex was Head of Operations at FEST, focusing on product development and logistics. Previous positions include Program Manager Operations at Otrium, where Rex managed cost-focused projects, and E-Fulfilment Specialist at Rituals, managing global logistics networks. Early career roles included supply planning and logistics at L'Oréal and internship experiences at Euro Pool System and Technische Universiteit Delft.
