Stuart Brown

Stuart Brown serves as the Chief Financial Officer at PRONIA since December 2024, contributing to an organization focused on supporting vulnerable communities. Additionally, Stuart is a Board Member and Chair of the Audit, Risk & Finance Committee at Barwon Coast, overseeing the management of Victoria’s coastline. Previously, Stuart held the position of Head of Finance at the Heart Foundation, where significant achievements included strategic management of a $100m investment portfolio and establishment of a $15m credit facility to address liquidity risks. Stuart has also served as a Non-Executive Director at WEstjustice and has extensive experience in finance leadership roles at Proximity, SAI Global Assurance, cohealth, Gartner, Computershare, and Sensis. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Bath, various Chartered Accountant designations, and a BSc in Economics from Swansea University.
