Emma Standen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in healthcare and organizational change management. Currently serving as the Director of Finance on secondment at Colac Area Health since June 2025, Emma has also held various positions at Barwon Health, including Senior Change Manager and Project Manager in People & Culture, where significant projects like the Barwon Health Office Accommodation Strategy were successfully executed.
