Iris Meihuizen

Iris Meihuizen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Lead for Benelux at AXA XL since September 2018, following roles as HR Business Partner and HR Manager within the same organization. Prior to AXA XL, Iris worked at XL Catlin as HR Manager for the Benelux region and held various HR positions at A.S. Watson Group, Sitel, GE Healthcare, and DOCDATA N.V. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Personnel and Labor from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and further studies at Tilburg University.
