Maha Alsubaie

Maha Alsubaie, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and positions. Maha began their career at Qatari Diar in 2009 as a Cost & Planning Engineer, where they worked for four years until 2013. Maha then advanced to the role of Senior Cost and Planning Engineer, where they served until 2016. Maha later became the Control System Manager at Qatari Diar, responsible for establishing control systems, project monitoring, and reporting. In 2018, Maha joined Barzan Holdings as Manager - Project Control, where they stayed until 2021. Maha then progressed to the role of Senior Manager, Project Control, and subsequently took on the position of Assistant Director-Operations Excellence. As of 2023, Maha holds the role of Director of Operation Excellence at Barzan Holdings. Overall, Maha's work experience showcases their expertise in project control, planning, and operational excellence.

Maha Alsubaie received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and System Engineering from Qatar University. Additionally, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
