Mohammed Janees is an IT support professional with extensive experience in system administration and support roles. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Barzan Holdings since December 2022, Mohammed has successfully resolved over 1,000 support tickets with a remarkable 95% satisfaction rate and has enhanced documentation processes for IT systems.
