Mirabs (میرابها) are the ones who try to facilitate the flow of information, vision, strategies, and above all, flow of energy all around the company. We use tools such as OKR, confluence, emails, online events, small sessions, all-hand meetings and... to ensure everyone gets their portion of energy and information every day.
