Shubha Pai

Shubha Pai is a psychologist currently employed at Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital since April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a school counselor at Sunflower Vedic School from July 2022 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed classroom observations, individual and group sessions, and screening assessments for various psychological conditions. Shubha Pai has also contributed to Sparsh Hospice as a volunteer and intern, focusing on patient interaction and psychological assessments within palliative care. Additional roles include content writing at Wrytin and a psychology internship at the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID). Shubha Pai holds a Master of Science in Health/Medical Psychology from the University of Hyderabad, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, English, and Journalism from Loyola Academy, and completed a Fellowship in Palliative Care at St. Christopher's Hospice in London.
