Alicia Helyer

Alicia Helyer, CSM, CAPM, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and program management across various industries. Currently serving on the Membership Committee at Base, Alicia has previously held significant roles, including Chief of Staff at Rode Trip Expeditions, where a sailing experience focused on archaeology was developed for PhD students. At Virgin Voyages, comprehensive senior management positions were held from 2020 to 2023, overseeing multi-million dollar projects and vendor contracts. Earlier experience includes directing projects for major clients at VSA Partners and managing extensive marketing campaigns at Affinion Group. Alicia also possesses entrepreneurial experience as an Efficiency Expert and has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences/Creative Media Relations from the University of Connecticut.
