We are looking for an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This is a varied role covering office management, financial coordination, HR, and compliance, with support from outsourced resources to assist in specialized areas. This role requires 3 days in the office in Kfar Saba.
Responsibilities:
Office & Operations Management (10%)
Financial Coordination (50%)
HR Support (20%)
Compliance & Project Support (20%)
Assist with legal and compliance tasks, including audits, documentation, and adherence to security policies.
Work with insurance providers to maintain necessary policies.
Support cross-departmental projects, such as customer events and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations, office management, or a similar role at a start-up
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with financial and HR practices - must.
Advanced proficiency in English.
