We are looking for an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This is a varied role covering office management, financial coordination, HR, and compliance, with support from outsourced resources to assist in specialized areas. This role requires 3 days in the office in Kfar Saba. 

Responsibilities:

Office & Operations Management (10%)

  • Oversee office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the workspace is organized, well-stocked, and supports employee productivity.
  • Collaborate with external IT providers and manage technical equipment needs.

Financial Coordination (50%)

  • Partner with external finance teams to manage bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Handle customer invoicing, collections, and accounts management.
  • Monitor and manage expenditures, ensuring financial data accuracy.

HR Support (20%)

  • Lead recruitment processes and manage employee onboarding and offboarding globally.
  • Oversee and improve employee benefits plans in Israel and the US.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure HR policies are up-to-date.

Compliance & Project Support (20%)

  • Assist with legal and compliance tasks, including audits, documentation, and adherence to security policies.

  • Work with insurance providers to maintain necessary policies.

  • Support cross-departmental projects, such as customer events and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations, office management, or a similar role at a start-up

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with financial and HR practices - must.

  • Advanced proficiency in English.
