Ariel Lilaev has extensive experience in the field of information security, privacy protection, and compliance. Beginning in 2003, Lilaev worked as a Business Development Manager for ITC DIAM, where they focused on sales management and marketing. In 2009, they founded Diamonds Call B2B Trading Network, an online trading platform for the international diamond industry. In 2013, Lilaev established their own company, Lilaev.

Moving into the realm of legal and compliance, Lilaev joined Bank of Jerusalem in 2014, where they worked in the Legal & Compliance Department, specializing in GDPR, AML, tax evasion, and administrative enforcement. Ariel then transitioned to TechFinancials, Inc. in 2018, serving as the DPO and Legal & Compliance Director for the fintech software provider.
