Erika Carrara

Erika Carrara currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Security & Infrastructure Officer at The Greenbrier Companies since April 2024. Previously, Erika held the position of Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Wabtec Corporation from July 2021 to April 2024, and served as Director of Information Security at Parsons Corporation from January 2017 to July 2021. Erika's earlier experience includes IT Management (Network) at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from April 2015 to January 2017, along with operating OTS Technical Solutions, LLC as a Small Business Owner from August 2010 to January 2017. Additionally, Erika worked as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Engineer (NERC CIP) at El Paso Electric Company from April 2008 to March 2010. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies in Theoretical Foundations of Machine Learning at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and an Executive Education program at Wharton, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
