Jana Končalová

Jana Končalová has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of clinical research and pharmacy. Jana started their career in 2015 as a Research Assistant at Universitat de Barcelona. In the same year, they also worked as a Contact Person for the International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation.

In 2016, Jana held multiple positions at the Slovak Pharmaceutical Students' Association, including Vice President and Chairperson of Foreign Affairs. Jana also interned as a Pharmacist at Farmacia Miro and Hospital Belén de Trujillo.

From 2017 to 2018, Jana worked as a Clinical Trial Assistant at SanaClis s.r.o. and a Pharmacist at Farmácia Ferrando. Jana then joined ICON plc, where they served as a Clinical Trial Assistant, In-House Clinical Research Associate, and eventually became a Clinical Research Associate II until 2023.

Currently, Jana is employed as a Senior Clinical Business Consultant at BASE life science, starting in February 2023.

Jana Končalová obtained a Master's degree in Pharmacy from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, studying from 2012 to 2017. In 2015 to 2016, Končalová attended Escola Superior de Saúde Egas Moniz, also studying Pharmacy. Before that, from 2004 to 2012, Končalová attended Gymnázium Janka Kráľa, Zlaté Moravce, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for that period. Additionally, Jana Končalová obtained the Vault Platform Associate Administrator certification from Veeva Training Services in March 2023.
