Dawn Watts

Dawn Watts is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Base Over Apex Inc since June 2017, Dawn previously worked as a Job Coach at Foothills Advocacy in Motion from July 2014 to June 2017. Dawn's earlier roles include serving as a Volunteer Coordinator for Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta, where responsibilities encompassed event planning and coordination. Additionally, Dawn has significant experience in healthcare, having held positions such as Community Nurse and Deputy Home Manager at Leeds Community & Mental Health NHS Trust, as well as Nursing Care Officer at St Annes Shelter & Housing Action. Dawn holds a BTEC National Diploma in Nursing Studies - Learning Disabilities from West Yorkshire College of Health Studies and the University of Leeds.
