Paul Watts

Paul Watts, CSL CSE CPSC, is a seasoned Sales Performance Coach at Base Over Apex, a professional sales training company, since April 2015. In addition to this role, Paul hosts the Sales Reinvented podcast, aiming to reshape the perception of sales professionals by educating and inspiring them. Paul serves as the Director at The Sales Exchange and previously contributed as a member of the Sales Advisory Board and Panellist at The Sales Experts Channel. With experience as a Sales Performance Coach at Navigational Sales Inc and a Senior OEM Sales Representative at Schneider Electric, Paul has a strong background in sales training and market development, particularly within the OEM sector. Paul’s educational credentials include a Foundation Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a CIM Diploma in Marketing, acquired from Bradford College and Craven College respectively.
