Reece Lehmann

Reece Lehmann is a Hardware Test Engineer at Base Power Company, involved in developing a distributed battery product for whole home backup since June 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Systems Engineer at Enphase Energy, focusing on solar Microinverters, Line Filters, and Balcony Solar, along with PCB design verification and testing from February 2022 to June 2025. Reece also completed an internship and a co-op at Enphase Energy, contributing to system test engineering and new product development.
