Philip Keller, PhD PE, currently serves as Superintendent of Project Development at Base Resources since October 2025. Previously, Philip held the position of Process Engineer at Energy Fuels Inc from March 2021 to October 2025, and was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Colorado School of Mines from August 2016 to March 2021, also contributing as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant. A brief consultancy role at Energy Fuels Inc occurred in late 2020, focusing on a Department of Energy project for rare earth element processing. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Resident Advisor at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and participation in summer internships at Idaho National Laboratory, BHP Billiton, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Philip earned a PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2020 and a Bachelor's Degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2016.
