Phuong Anh Luu has over three years of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Learning & Development Manager (B2B Sales & Customer Onboarding), Learning & Development, and Business Consultant at Base.vn. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at AIESEC in Vietnam as a Branch Manager/ Local Committee President AIESEC in Hanoi, Local Product Manager/ Vice Presesident of outgoing Global Volunteer - AIESEC in Hanoi, and Customer Service Executive. As Branch Manager, they managed a local branch with over 80 members, delivering over 200 leadership experiences through volunteer and internship opportunities. Phuong Anh was also responsible for team and organization management and development, training, coaching, and facilitating, as well as partnering with universities to co-deliver social projects and initiatives to raise awareness about SDGs to university students.

Phuong Anh Luu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Hanoi University between 2014 and 2018.
