Chelsea Mindel

Originally from Charleston, SC, Chelsea graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Political Science. Before moving to San Francisco in 2019, she worked in collaboration with community leaders to educate the larger community, as well as, law enforcement on the realities of domestic violence. Chelsea feels a deep conviction/responsibility to work with a company focused on dismantling systemic structures that have allowed inequality and oppression to persist in society, which lead her to Base10.

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys hands-on crafting, spending time with others, trying to be a good plant mom, and learning more about her newfound SF community.
