Nathan Swartley

Nathan Swartley currently serves as Chief of Staff to co-founder Ade Ajao at Base10 Partners since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nathan held multiple positions at Hinge Health from October 2018 to March 2023, including Chief of Staff to Executive Chairman and co-founder Gabriel Mecklenburg, as well as Director of Product, focusing on product, growth, and data science. Nathan also contributed as Director of Product at Change Healthcare from February 2016 to August 2018, where a B2B API platform for revenue cycle management was launched and a product analytics team was managed with zero cybersecurity incidents reported. Earlier experience includes managerial roles in product analytics and financial planning and analysis at Practice Fusion and Healthcare RCM, respectively, with a consulting position at Healthcare RCM from September 2008 to December 2011. Nathan Swartley earned a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from the University of California, Davis, and attended Universidad de Belgrano in 2007.
