Blair Hildahl, PE, LEED AP has a diverse range of work experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Starting in 2005, Blair worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before transitioning to the role of Assistant Field Engineer at J.P. Cullen & Sons, Inc. in 2005-2006. Following this, Blair joined Ground Floor Engineering as a Project Manager, where they provided structural and MEP engineering design services for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from 2006 to 2009.

In 2009, Blair became the Director of Operations, Asia at exp Global Inc. (formerly X-nth), a global firm offering professional advisory services in various practice areas.
