Rama Al-Erksusi (She/her)

Rama Al-Erksusi embarked on her professional journey in August 2018 as an Online Seller (Freelancer) at Your Shopping Planet, a role she held until February 2019. In January 2019, she transitioned to Bershka as an Email Support Executive (Remote), where she contributed her skills and expertise until May 2020. Subsequently, she continued her professional growth as a Customer Support Specialist (Remote) at Fridge No More, making significant contributions from July 2021 to May 2022. Currently, Rama serves as a Junior Project Manager at base86, inc., a role she took on in October 2022.

In terms of education, Rama completed her high school education at Lycée de laique in 2013. She then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Damascus University, dedicating herself to her studies from 2013 to 2018. Following her undergraduate studies, Rama sought further education at the Higher School of Economics, successfully earning a Master's degree in Digital Marketing between 2020 and 2022.
