Lingo's extensive experience with Baseball America dates back to 1994, where prior roles included Director of Editorial and Operations, Editor in Chief, and various editor positions. Key achievements include launching the Baseball America Awards Gala, improving operational efficiency while reducing budget costs, and enhancing digital content presence. Lingo began a career in journalism at the Winston-Salem Journal from 1989 to 1994, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
