Jenna Celmer's work experience includes co-founding and serving as the Chief Community Officer and President of Basecamp, a career resource network that provides job and gig opportunities, connections, and real-time advice. Additionally, Jenna worked as the Director of Communications for the Partnership for Clean Competition at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where they communicated scientific information to professional sport commissioners and handled crisis communications. Jenna also served as the Director of Operations and Marketing at Catalyst Campus, where they launched an aerospace accelerator. Prior to that, Jenna worked as an intern at MOUNTAIN METROPOLITAN TRANSIT and in public relations at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

Jenna Celmer completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Studies & Pre-Law from the University of Waterloo between 2003 and 2007. Subsequently, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs between 2012 and 2014.
