Srijani Sridhar

Srijani Sridhar is a highly skilled bioinformatician with extensive experience in developing and maintaining bioinformatics analysis pipelines across various companies. Currently serving as a Sr Bioinformatician at Basecamp Research since July 2025, Srijani previously held positions including Sr Test Engineer 2 at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc., and Sr Associate Computational Scientist at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. Notable contributions include the development of a fully automatic bioinformatics pipeline for mitochondrial DNA analysis, improvements to the turn-around time for genetic tests, and the creation of automated analysis pipelines for RNA-sequencing and microarray data. Srijani holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology with a focus on Computational Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai.
