Daniel Steiner

Daniel Steiner is an experienced professional in the IT and business fields, currently serving as IT Co-Lead and Transformation Coach at Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank since February 2019. Prior to this role, Daniel held various leadership positions at Swisscom from December 2001 to January 2019, including Head of Enabling Services Tribe and Head of Delivery Center Core CRM, where responsibilities included leading the CRM Delivery Unit utilizing Oracle's Siebel CRM. Daniel also managed the Output & Revenue Management Department, overseeing Swisscom's invoicing processes, and served as Lead Architect & Deputy of the Delivery Center Publishing & Settlement, Project Manager, and Application Developer. Daniel's educational background includes a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Agile Leadership from HWZ University in 2018, a Wirtschaftsingenieur FH degree from PHW in 2005, and a Dipl. Ingenieur FH in Computer Science from Fachhochschule Bern in 2002.
