Pernilla Wihlborg️

Pernilla Wihlborg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pernilla began their career as a Customized Trainee, gaining experience in product management, procurement, and project analysis at Scania CV AB, Skanska AB, and Ericsson AB. At Ericsson, Pernilla worked as a Strategic Product Manager and later as a Sales Development Manager, focusing on the South East Asian region. Pernilla then served as an Advisor to the head of Business Unit Multimedia before taking on the role of Director and Head of Product Line Charging, Billing, and CRM, where they managed a team of over 35 employees. Pernilla then transitioned into the clean-tech industry, joining Climeon as the Head of Business Development and later as the Head of Business Development and Globalization. Currently, they hold the position of CEO of Baseload Power and COO of Baseload Capital, overseeing the establishment and management of geothermal power plant subsidiaries. Pernilla's career highlights their expertise in business development, strategic planning, and leadership.

Pernilla Wihlborg♦️ obtained their M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completing their degree from 2000 to 2006. In 2002 to 2003, they also attended the University of British Colombia, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, in 2000, they pursued studies in Economics at Stockholm University. Pernilla further enhanced their professional expertise through various executive management programs, including those at Questrom School of Business, Boston University, IESE Business School, and IMD in 2009. Recently, in 2021, they participated in the Ruter Dam chefs- och mentorprogram.
