Roy Spencer

Roy Spencer is an experienced leader in the waterproofing industry, currently serving as President and Founder of Basement Defender, LLC since May 2016, where innovative solutions were developed to alleviate homeowners' concerns about sump pump failures. Previously, Roy founded and led Perma-Seal Basement Systems starting in January 1979, dedicating nearly 45 years to providing affordable, permanent repairs for wet basements and crawl spaces. Roy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and completed high school at Valparaiso High School.
