Christian Magin

Christian Magin is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Director Engineering & Maintenance and Director Engineering Services at BASF since June 2017. Christian also leads the Site Optimization Project within the Technical Site Services division. Prior to this role, Christian held the position of Director Maintenance & Site Construction Services at BASF Schwarzheide GmbH from June 2014 to May 2017. Academic qualifications include a Certified Business Chemist (GDCh) from gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker obtained between 2013 and 2014, and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical and Automation Engineering from Hochschule Mannheim, accomplished from 1992 to 1996.
