Consuelo Rodríguez

Consuelo Rodríguez is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a People Partner (HRBP) at Softys since September 2019, where responsibilities include strategic partnership with the business to implement personnel management strategies, cultural transformation, and support for decision-making.
