Ewa Dolegacz

Ewa Dolegacz is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Head. They began their career as an HR Specialist at Biuro Projektów Architektonicznych i Budowlanych AiB from 2006 to 2012, where they handled employee files, contract preparations, payroll services, and mediation between staff and management. Ewa advanced through several prominent roles, including HR Director at BASF, Compensation & Benefits Manager at Samsung Electronics, and HR and Payroll Senior Specialist at Accace. Ewa holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from Uniwersytet Warszawski, along with several post-diploma certifications and an international relations scholarship from Universite de Havre.
