Fernando Aguate

Fernando Aguate is a PhD biostatistician with extensive experience in agricultural science and statistics. They currently serve as a statistician at BASF and have previously worked as a statistician at Advanta Seeds. From 2020 to 2024, they reviewed journals for the Crop Science Society of America and were a member of the Conference Advisory Committee for the International Biometric Society. Their education includes a PhD in Agricultural Science from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, where they also earned their degree in Agricultural Engineering. Fernando has held various roles in research and development, including postdoctoral research and visiting researcher positions.
