With a robust background in sales and marketing, Giridhar has held various leadership roles at Dow AgroSciences and Syngenta India Ltd., demonstrating expertise in customer-centric strategies and team development. Giridhar's previous positions include Head of Marketing for South Asia and Head of Regional Commercial Excellence for the APAC region at BASF, where they drove innovative projects and operational excellence. Giridhar holds an MBA in Agribusiness from the National Institute of Agricultural Marketing and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University.
