Hamidreza Pirmahboub

Hamidreza Pirmahboub is a highly experienced professional in the fields of in vitro metabolism and biomaterial development, currently serving as the Lab Team Leader for In vitro Metabolism and Metabolite Identification at BASF since September 2023. In this role, Hamidreza leads a team focused on metabolite identification and oversees GLP studies for global compound registration. Previous roles include Team Lead at Cellbricks GmbH, where Hamidreza directed 3D bioprinting projects, and multiple positions as a PhD Candidate at the University of Hanover and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, focusing on the development of 3D culture models and biomaterials. Hamidreza holds a PhD in Biomaterials from Leibniz Universität Hannover and has a strong academic foundation with degrees in Advanced Material and Chemical Engineering.
