Kristen Salgado has extensive experience in human resources and data management, currently serving as the Master Data Manager for HR Services at BASF since September 2019. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of HR Data Team Lead at BASF from October 2010 to May 2015, contributing expertise in data management during that time. Kristen's earlier career includes serving as an HR Administrator at BD from June 2006 to October 2010 and working in HR and accounting at Medcon from 2003 to 2006. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Western New England University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
