Lech Bolinski

Lech Bolinski is a seasoned operations and project management professional with extensive experience in the chemical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Project Operations Manager at BASF since May 2022, Lech is involved in developing Lithium-Ion Batteries materials and overseeing the Black Mass Pyrolysis plant project. Previously, Lech held the position of Director of Operations at Johnson Matthey, where responsibilities included preparing for the commissioning of a new battery powder plant. As Manufacturing Director at Mondelēz International, Lech managed a cluster of three factories in the Czech Republic, focusing on operational performance and budget accountability. Lech's career also encompasses significant roles in Reckitt, Bechtel Corporation, Bateman, GRD Minproc, and Anglo American South Africa, with a strong background in process engineering and leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering from McGill University and a degree from Warsaw University of Technology.
