Lina Merwanji is currently the Head of Human Resources at BASF, with over a decade of experience in strategic HR business partnering, HR transformation, and talent management across FMCG and manufacturing sectors. Previously, Lina served as the Segment Lead for the Executive Search Division at HRS Global and held various roles at Unilever, including Talent Advisor and Project Lead in Global Finance. Lina began their career as an HR intern at Standard Chartered Bank after earning a Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Management.
