Lucretia Sellers

Lucretia Sellers, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational change and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Strategic Human Resources Business Advisor at BASF since November 2017, Lucretia leads initiatives for the largest chemical producer globally, advising the North American leadership team across six service units. Prior to this role, Lucretia was an Assistant Director and People Consultant at EY, where strategies were developed for over 600 employees in the Northeast Region. Lucretia also contributed as a Human Capital Manager at Duty First Consulting, delivering HR solutions within the Department of Veteran Affairs, and began a career at GEICO as a Senior Human Relations Specialist. Lucretia holds a Master of Science in Organization Development/Strategic Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a BA in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
