Marina Gagliardini

Marina Gagliardini has over three decades of experience in the chemical procurement and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Global Direct Procurement, Category Manager Fine Chemicals and Specialties at BASF since January 2010, Marina has held various roles including Local Category Buyer and Site Account Manager in Italy. Prior to this, Marina worked at Ciba Specialty Chemicals as Lead Buyer Raw Materials and Technical Project Manager, overseeing significant Capex projects. Marina began their career as a Process Engineer at Eascon from 1990 to 1998. Marina holds a degree in Chemical Engineering.
