Parvin Shakibaei is a seasoned data science professional currently serving as Technical Lead Data Science and Data Demand Management Lead at BASF since April 2020. At BASF, Parvin has led a team of 25 data professionals, driving efficiency and compliance through the implementation of digital demand processes and a structured tracking system for data deliverables. Notable achievements include automating reporting processes, developing a time series forecasting model, and playing a critical role in expanding the data science team. Prior experience includes data scientist roles at Ströer Labs and as a market research analyst at 1&1 Food Industry, with a strong foundation in statistical data analysis acquired through education, including a Master’s degree in Data Science from Berlin University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Isfahan.
