Rajesh Naik

Rajesh Naik is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the chemical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for South & East Asia, ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand at BASF since April 2014, Rajesh Naik has held various leadership positions, including Director of Manufacturing Operations in India and VP of Markets at EICL Limited. Prior to these roles, Rajesh Naik was the General Manager at E.I. DuPont, overseeing three critical operations in crop protection, engineering polymers, and performance coatings. Rajesh Naik's career began at Asian Paints, where responsibilities included Senior Works Manager and Project Manager for establishing an industrial paints plant. Rajesh Naik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from MS University of Baroda.
