Sebastian Richter is the Head of Technical Development and Services at BASF, where they have held various leadership roles in Business Management and R&D within the Automotive and Furniture PU Solutions sectors. Prior to this, Sebastian served as Laboratory Manager for Global Research at BASF Polyurethanes from 2015 to 2018 and worked as a Scientist at Freie Universität Berlin in 2013-2014. They also completed a postdoctoral research position at the South University of Science & Technology of China from 2014 to 2015 and earned a PhD in Chemistry from Freie Universität Berlin in 2013.
