Vasantraj Nadar has extensive experience in the coatings and pigments industry, having held various leadership roles at prominent companies such as PPG Asian Paints, BASF, and Evonik. At PPG Asian Paints, Vasantraj developed new paint formulations and improved production efficiency. During the tenure at BASF, key contributions included driving significant sales growth in the architectural coatings and printing segments, managing a sales turnover of approximately 40 million Euros, and successfully launching innovative products. Vasantraj also played a pivotal role in strategic marketing and business development, enhancing customer engagement and driving sustainability initiatives. Vasantraj holds a Master in Management Studies with a specialization in Marketing from Mumbai University.
