Aghmad Richards

Aghmad Richards has extensive experience in online visual merchandising and customer service within the retail sector. Currently serving as a Menswear + Sports Online Visual Merchandiser at Bash since April 2019, Aghmad previously held the position of Team Lead at TFG's Online Shopping Division from March 2018 to April 2019, where responsibilities included coaching a team of consultants and managing complex customer issues. Aghmad's earlier roles at TFG as an Online Shopping Specialist and at iiNet as a Customer Services Specialist involved direct customer interaction and support.
