Dorene Galvin

Dorene Galvin is an Intrathecal Specialist at Basic Home Infusion since November 2019. Prior to that, Dorene worked at Glens Falls Hospital from July 2015 to November 2019 as an RN - Vascular Access, Infusion Center, AM Admissions. Dorene also has experience as a Cardio-Pulmonary Nurse Specialist at Accredo Healthcare - a Medco Company from December 1998 to September 2015. Dorene holds a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from SUNY Empire State College and an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from SUNY Adirondack.
