Sauraj Sahay

Sauraj Sahay serves as the Head of Human Resources at BASIC Home Loan, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies that have improved employee retention by 15% and leading HR processes for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Sauraj was the Manager of HR for India Operations at KBC Technologies Group, overseeing global HR operations and designing scalable compensation frameworks. Sauraj has also held significant positions in human resources with Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Amtrak, and Astroscience Technologies, focusing on workforce expansion, HRMS implementation, and competency framework development. Sauraj holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Madurai Kamaraj University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
