Hana Y. has worked in various roles in the fashion industry since 2017. Her experience includes working as an Expeditor at Barneys New York in 2018, a Fashion Design Intern at Pamplemousse New York in 2017, a Fabric Design and Raw Materials Intern at The Row in 2018, and a Fashion and Technology Intern at Stoll America Knitting Machinery, Inc. in 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Pattern, Print and CAD Designer at Northpoint Trading, Inc., a Design Assistant - DKNY Sportswear at G-III Apparel Group, and a Freelance Textile CAD & 3D Designer while Self Employed. Currently, Hana Y. is an Associate Designer at Basic Resources, Inc.

Hana Y. began their educational journey in 2013 when they attended the Pre-college Fashion/Apparel Design program at ArtCenter College of Design. In 2015, they attended a Summer Program at Otis College of Art and Design in Fashion/Apparel Design. From 2016 to 2018, they attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fashion/Apparel Design. Finally, they returned to the Fashion Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design, Knitwear Specialization in 2020.
