Brightone Omondi

Brightone Omondi is an accomplished E-Mobility Technologist currently employed at BasiGo since March 2022, specializing in the maintenance and repair of electric buses, including diagnosing transmission systems and cooling components. Prior experience includes roles at CMC Motors Group, where responsibilities ranged from Service Advisor to Electro Mechanical Technician, managing job orders and customer relations, and performing both mechanical and electrical repairs. Prior to CMC Motors, Brightone gained valuable experience as an Automotive Technician at Toyota Hino Nairobi and as a Maintenance Technician at Rasasi Investment and Transport Ltd. Brightone holds a Higher National Diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology from PC Kinyanjui Technical Training Institute and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering with an automotive focus from National Youth Service College, complemented by a certificate in Electric Vehicles from UITP.
